The Village Hall is a special venue for Yoga and Meditation classes led by Cathy Newman. Yoga is a fantastic discipline and exercise that supports health and well-being for everyone, irrespective of age and Cathy is a fantastic teacher.

Typical weekly yoga at Harmans Cross Village Hall looks like this:
Monday evenings 6.00-7.30pm: Hatha Yoga for all abilities - all postures offered with modifications/alternative options
Monday evenings 7.45-9.15pm: Intermediate Hatha flow - not suitable for beginners - advanced posture, pranayama and flow sequences
Tuesday mornings 9.30-11.00am: Hatha Yoga for all abilities - all postures offered with modifications/alternative options
Tuesday mornings 11.15-12.30pm: Extremely gentle mindful movement and stretching with some yoga postures. Emphasis on maintaining mobility/flexibility - especially when living with the every day aches and pains that come with ageing and with illness; getting moving again after surgery or living with hip and/or knee replacements. A therapeutic session to replenish energy and contact our inner reserves of peace and tranquillity.
Thursday evenings 6.30-8.00pm: Hatha Yoga for all abilities, with optional meditation afterwards. All postures offered with modifications/alternative options
Sunday morning meditation
In addition to the yoga sessions, Cathy typical leads a fortnightly Sunday morning meditation, starting at 10.30am and running through until 12.30pm. Please check the Village Hall calendar (link below) for the next dates.
